(Story to follow – awaiting sign off by Stoke City Council – not to appear without approval of press office)

Local painting and decorating firm S.Peake & Son have put the finishing touches to the King Hall in time for HRH Prince of Wales visit this Friday.
All decorative coatings supplied by Crown Paints - including flame retardant paints from the Crown Trade Timonox range – specified to slow down the spread of flame in the event of a fire. New colour schemes used were proposed by Crown Paint’s expert colour advisors.
All painters pictured working at the Kings Hall earlier this week are from local area - Andrew Matthews from Lightwood , Ian Chesters from Kidsgrove , Kevin Plant of Newcastle U.L. and Dave Timms from Meir heath.
